Return Policy
The
Montana Matters online store will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed
merchandise or non-apparel merchandise in its original packaging for a full
refund or exchange, provided the return is received within 30 days of the date
of delivery. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued upon receipt of the
returned merchandise based on the form of original payment.

include the following information with your return shipment:
* Order number
* Name and billing address
of the person who placed the order
* Valid email or telephone
number
* Original purchase price
and approximate date of the order
* Credit card information
if additional payment is required
Please
note the following:
Returns/exchanges/refunds
are processed only when the original item is received at the Montana Matters
customer service office. Returns and refunds will be credited for the price of
the merchandise and any taxes. This credit will not include any original
shipping charge. However, if the return is due to an error we have made, we
will gladly refund your return shipping costs (please contact Customer Service
for more details). For your own protection we recommend that you use a
recorded-delivery service when returning an item to Montana Matters.
If
you wish to expedite your exchange, you may place a new order online. Montana
Matters will charge your credit card for the replacement item(s) and shipping
costs. A refund for the original amount (less shipping) will be posted to your
credit card when the returned item(s) are received by
Customer Service.
As
exchange orders are treated as a new order for an existing customer, additional
shipping charges do apply. These charges will be posted using the original form
of payment.
